I believe the 3 set 2.5 enigma set bonus is broken on tbc classic currently. I believe it is leading to increased procs of clearcasting when using blizzard, allowing for near infinite free casts when used on multiple mobs. Clearcasting on blizzard without this bonus has a very low proc chance which is either working as intended or too low, unsure.
Hold up… are you saying that Clearcasting Procs on Blizzard damage ticks?
It’s supposed to either proc (or not proc) when the spell is initially cast, not on the basis of individual ticks.
just tested it on the beta and there doesn’t seem to be anything amiss that I noticed.
wasn’t using any set bonuses i guess but the clearcasting talent itself doesn’t appear to be bugged.
it is specifically the t2.5 bonus that has nothing to do with clearcasting but is causing some sort of bug with clearcasting.
