TALENT - EVERLASTING FROST is partially bugged, only the dmg part is working, the increase in duration is not.
also Frozen orb have inumerous bugs currently:
1: its duration doesnt show on tooltip unless spec’d into pvp talent [concentrated coolness];
2: its duration isnt increasing by +2secs with talent [everlasting frost] (the dmg part of talent is working)
3: its duration is 10sec with pvp talent [concentrated coolness] instead of 15sec (i dont know if this is intended)
4: its duration with [concentrated coolness] is also not increasing +2sec when spec’d into [everlasting frost]
