Mage Rune: Displacement is Broken

This Rune requires a target to cast. Not sure if that is intended but if so it does not feel like it functions properly.

Blink does not require a target to cast, neither should Displacement.

Anyone else having this issue?

I’m actually having this issue. I tried adding [@player] to a macro to get around it but that didn’t work. Nothing short of actually having a target fixes it.

I’ve temporarily added a couple things to my castsequence macro to ensure it works, but it’s slightly awkward because if you didn’t have a target before you end up targeting yourself.
