Mage feels like actual dog in pvp… the damage is so terrible Frost spec has “Survivability” but you cant kill anyone and Ice lance hits like a wet noodle.

lel frost has 0 survivability. ice barrier uses up 1 GCD to absorb less than a GCDs worth of damage. as soon as a rogue sneezes at you, you grey screen immediately. like all melee specs are unkitable, rendering the vanilla mage essentially useless in PvP. this is the case, brother. Understand that catapulting mages to PvP viability would take tuning of pretty much every class in the game, as it stems much further down than a singular mage issue. the class sucks and if u want to PvP and actually have fun, i’d suggest rogue, balance druid, or shaman

mage easily the worst class in SoD PVP for several phases RIP sorry the devs seemingly hate mages.

They just don’t understand class balance at all. They don’t know what makes for good PVP and how to build and design fun and great class mechanics.
They did a great job on PVE raids and dungeons tho, that part is really good.
