My mage order hall is stuck. I accepted recruited troops before getting the first “recruit troop quest” so now I can not recruit new troops to complete the quest and I can not delete or remove these troops because I have not unlocked missions yet in the chain. You can not access scouting missions to use recruited troops unless you complete the beforementioned quest which I am stuck on because of my recruited troops
