Honestly both are really good going in TWW.
Good Hero Powers, good base kit, good difficulty balance.
Warlock specs are all different. Sometimes the Mage specs can feel a little homogenized and you simply place what the meta tells you.
Mage is flashier and there raw DPS spells can be more entertaining. But beyond the scope of “I deal damage!” Warlock offers more, in my experience.
