About Us:
We’re a group of friends that have been raiding and gaming together across multiple games over the years. Most of us have been playing WoW since TBC, some earlier and have decided to make our own raid group and push for Cutting Edge.We’re all fairly laid back, but focused when it comes to progression. We’re all extremely critical of our own mistakes and rarely make the same mistake twice. Quick learners, good button pressers, memers, mythic plusers, even a few pvpers.
Expectations:
We want to set clear and realistic expectations and goals for the expansion. We are aiming for Cutting Edge, but as a new guild we don’t have delusions of getting it in the first tier as we go through growing pains and learning.That being said, we are setting 6/8M as the minimum for a successful first tier, with cutting edge being obtained in Tier 2 as what we would identify as a successful tier.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for similar players to us. Memers that like to progress at a decent pace, actively work on their own character and improving without raging. We want players that are going to do mythic+ and have a good time, especially bigger keys, etc. We want players that come with knowledge of the fights(Watch videos, read guides), consumables and a readiness to do whatever the fight may need.Current Progression

In a raider, we expect the will and drive to learn and collaborate, as well as openness to constructive criticism, initiative to research and master your class, and the desire to progress at a moderate pace by
- bringing a positive attitude. We want mature, goal-oriented, and chill raiders who enjoy raiding and want to be here to have a good time with us.
- Each minute of raid time is valuable. We need you to be punctual and prepared.
- We also expect you to know the boss strategies. Fights are a lot less frustrating when everyone is prepared and knows what to do ahead of time. Speaking up and asking a question when you don’t understand a mechanic or strategy is encouraged.

We raid Tuesday and Wddnesday 10pm-1am est. Wearecureently 7/8n and 2/8 heroic. Now that holidays are wrapped up we are looking to push hard through heroic and see what kimd of mythic
progression we can make.
We are an AoTC focused guild that dabbles in mythic as the tier allows and also have a strong M+ core as well.

Ninja Looters Is a semi-hardcore raiding guild on Proudmoore (Alliance). Our goal is to obtain AotC in a timely fashion and to push into mythic content. We raid Tue/Wed 8-11pm PST, with an optional normal/achieve run on Thur 8-11pm PST. We run a loot council system were gear is voted on by the officer core. We expect our raiders to have a general idea of the fights at hand, keep up with their characters progression, and preform well. We like to joke around and have fun while killing trash or after a boss kill, but during progression we are pretty serious. If you can’t take a joke or constructive criticism this probably isn’t going to be the place for you.

Welcomes to chili was the main one and we were 7/10M CN and 4/10 SoD. We ended things in SoD due to burn and just wasn’t happy with the game. (Just to give you some of past history)
We just got the guild set up but are comprised of 6-7/8H experience. We haven’t obtained it yet but will be going on a off night to grab that.

One Night Affair (8/8N 3/8H) is an AOTC-focused guild on US-Stormrage and we are currently seeking a knowledgeable and committed mage! We raid Tues 830-1130 EST with an optional second night on Thursday from 9-11 EST. As we are a one-night mandatory raid team, we focus on being efficient with boss kills and expect all members to research the fights ahead of time in order to minimize downtime and maximize pulls. In addition to raiding, we also run M+ daily and are happy to help our teammates with their seasonal KSM.
