I am trying to progress the Mage artifact quests from Legion.
I am doing the quest “Memories of Ebonchill”
The newest comment is from 2024 that states where the NPCs of this quest can be found. I have gone to every location and not found any of them. Eldregosa is supposed to be “On top of the glass domed building in the Magus Commerce Exchange, in which the Herbalism trainers are found” which is shown in the video, but she is not there for me.
I am level 24 and in frost spec as well as wearing Ebonchill, which is a factor people have stated.
Has anyone else tried this and had this issue?
