There is this super annoying box that I cannot click away saying “Add an interrupt ability to your action bar from your Spellbook”. with arrows going down to the menu for Talents and Spellbook.
I have counterspell and blast wave on my action bars.
HOW can I make this annoying bar go away?!

It was tied to a quest. When I finished the quest using counterspell, it went away.
