There is a new Mage Ice Block animation bug, where after you ice block it will mess up casting and using your ability’s. Also freeze your character from showing or casting any spells. For tbc

Happening all morning since this patch dropped. Doesn’t matter if you sit the full ice block or end it early. It stops all casting animation, as your character is stuck in the Iceblock animation. I cant tell if it stops the damage from going through, but it wont show the damage numbers for 4-5 seconds and then it will show all damage numbers that happened during that time all at once. The only thing that fixes it is going into another instanced zone, or dying. Please fix mage unplayable

So it doesn’t stop the damage, it just doesn’t show the damage numbers or the spell flying to the target.

It also appears to be happening with Freezing trap, I just did a Heroic MGT and when I got Freezing trapped by the hunter it did the same animation glitch.
Happened to me too. It’s unplayable in PvP, I cannot tell if anything is even casting. Most of the time it isn’t even showing damage numbers until the second cast goes off. How did they manage to screw this one up?

Still going on today, it appears it is all Freezing effects, Iceblock, Freezing trap, even on Illidan when he freezes everyone in the raid for the final RP of the fight, the whole raid gets animation stuck. I’ve seen multiple posts from other mobs/quests doing the same thing so its got to just be everything that does the Frozen effect. plz fix!

Issue happens all the time, and makes PVP much harder when you have no idea if you spells are heppening or how much there doing…

Nope, I put a ticket in for it and it says it’ll be answered in 8 days. Good thing they fired their whole CS team. No wonder this company is such a joke now

It is any freeze effect that causes it. For example, in UB, the third boss freezes the entire party, and then the entire party will have the same bug. Absolutely frustrating!

Yeah its getting rather annoying because a reload wont fix it have to log out.
