No way. Pvp I’m melted by ice mages all day. Non stop CC is OP. Pve I understand … but pvp y’all are to much .

The best mage help would be the option to hide the skirt part of robes so we have more transmog options to match with our pants.

Off topic here but if you main a mage be sure to get the mage set in the trading post this month. It’s a pretty iconic set.

i would like something else beside “temporal velocity”
20% plus speed for 3 seconds is 100% trash and even more that i’m forced to use it if i want “mass barrier” and “greater invisibility”
makes me miss “meteor”

Maybe for pve crap but def not pvp
Some kind of self-heal to combat rot damage would be great. Right now in solo outdoor activities, it’s the bane of mages.
Wouldn’t mind seeing arcane reworked. The rotation is an absolute nightmare if you want to perform optimally. Mana management is an interesting concept for a spec, but I just feel like its not as fun as it could be right now.

Not sure what this infinite blink trick is. Keep in mind, I’m not thinking about PvP either, mostly open world solo content since that is what I enjoy the most. I’m fine with limitations in PvP. It should always be balanced separately from PvE.
It’s complicated if you want to perform optimally, and for how complex it is, doesn’t provide nearly enough of a DPS reward. People complain about BM Hunters being too good and too easy. Arcane mages have it in reverse: too difficult, not enough reward for the effort.
I’d rather keep the complexity and adjust the reward accordingly then. I guess what OP asked. I won’t claim to be a master or anything, but I think it’s an enjoyable rotation. The only thing I don’t like much is Nether Tempest.

Mages definitely need help in raids. All 3 specs below average in performance currently so idk how none got buffs next Tuesday.
