Seems like Magus Tirth is bugged for the level 30 Mage Class Quest – he won’t provide the second part of his quest. Instead, when you speak to him, he gives you a blank page.

Having this bug too, couldn’t find anything online about it, seems to have broken with pre-patch.

Same issue here! I’m standing next to the NPC (Magus Tirth) in Shimmering Flatts but he has a gray question mark and it will not allow me to turn in the quest for the next part. I have dropped the quest and picked it back up several times and have also tried disabling all addons and restarting the game.

I have the same problem with magus tirth.
I was able to get the quests from tabitha though, items of power, and the infernal orb
i completed items of power but can’t get the next quest for the wand.
SAme here, can’t turn in to Magus for the 2nd part of his quest

This is still bugged…The trigger for Magus Tirth is to target “plucky” Johnson and /beckon, this will then give you the password to talk with Magus Tirth. Doing so does nothing preventing the progression of the quest chain.
If this is incorrect I would appreciate advice on how to get this part done.
Yup I read the same thing elsewhere. did the /beckon several times and nothing.

Glad to know all those Deluxe Edition purchases are going to making the game a smooth running machine… This has been broken for weeks now at this point

Well, it took them long enough. I checked on the quest this morning and it is working now.
