Mage class quest are spawning level 60 mobs

there was a few other quest that are spawning mobs at level 60 for the mage class campaign in legion the one I am stuck on now is Unlikely Seduction. it spawned a level 60 demon and im level 50 I cannot defeat at all. she does way to much damage and I can’t hit her hardly at all the mob is called “Agatha” please fix this along with the quest leading up to this one

I’m having the same problem with Agatha for Unlikely Seduction. My level 58 with an item rating of 132, to her level 60. I’m also struggling with Professionally Good Looking in Ashara and The Forgotten Heir in Stormheim. I do not remember my Demon Hunter or Priest having problems with the artifact upgrades, but I completed the quests with them before the Battle for Azeroth expansion was released.
