Might be an overlooked bug, but this mage is using the target dummy in the shrine (level 90) to full heal on every hit with his leech (healing for millions), and his ignite is spreading to players and oneshotting them. We had to punt him off the top of shrine to actually PVP against him, but this is a clear bug that should be addressed.

Eh Affliction Warlocks do it all the time with the infinite Corruption timer. What you need to do is pull him away from the dummies and keep him away, worry about damage later when you drag him away.
Sounds like clever use of game mechanics. More precisely, the Legacy Buff mechanic in which WoW characters are more powerful against mobs 11+ levels below them to off-set the loss of relative power caused by the Item Squish.
I agree, but they changed all of the target dummies to scale with your level to prevent stupid things like this.
Was fixed for monks so guard wouldnt give free hot trub 1 shots, needs to be fixed for this also.

Exactly this. They can easily fix this by removing them from the shrine, or making these scale up to your level like all the others. He was also using the Anatomical Dummy toy and doing the same thing.
Think that will fall into āClever useā of the enviroment and donāt think it would be actionable
Even with the Leech and the immense damage Ignite is likely doing due to the mob being 90, I donāt see how a large group of people couldnāt stun, silence, or interrupt the Mage and just punt them to death, especially with classes that can heavily reduce magic damage
Punting him off is the only way to kill him. If he stays up there attacking the dummy, he heals for millions per second (keeping his HP at 100%). Donāt need action taken against the person, need the ability to do this fixed.

I was a tremendous fan of leech in Diablo and was excited when they mentioned they added it to wow.
Then something shiny caught my eye and I promptly forgot about it.
