You can get the orange-ish and less detailed set from the class hall in Legion.

Not the same, without the original coloration and added effects it's a busted looking counterfeit.
Decent chance it'll be back in some capacity in a future expansion.
Considering they won’t make the elite pvp sets from past seasons available and won’t even fix the busted runebound set on human males (the sleeves disseapeared) I would not count on it
If gmarsh/warlord sets resurfaced as an attainable and transmogable set, I'd argue anything is on the table.
