This mage character seems to be in a very strange state with Shadowlands. She can access the mage room Oribos portal. She can see both the SW and Org portals in Oribos itself, and can of course use the SW portal without issue. But there are no Ebon Blade NPCs at the portals like usual, and the vendor who trains the Oribos teleport spells is not present.
Her campaign log said she had completed “Through the Shattered Sky” but not “Arrival in the Shadowlands” when I first got to Oribos today, which looked pretty fishy since she was able to use the portals back and forth.
I went up to Bolvar to do his low-level quest and thought maybe I had never formally finished the steps to open the portals, but he set me on the couple of quests that open the way to Bastion.
Is there any random quest I need to seek out and complete so the teleport trainer appears?
