Saw this embellishment and thought it would be great for mythic plus dungeons to help healers and synergize with my paladin. im frankly disappointed.
After Testing…
rank 3 Magazine of healing darts on my protection pally (in tank spec, embellishment is on a 392ilvl ring) on dummies, open world interactions, combat (war mode on and off). and various dungeons, it has not procced once. i do not mean rarely, i mean not at all. Either you must be in healing role/spec for this to work, and the tooltip should reflect as such. Or it is simply broken in general. Anyone able to help corroborate?

Update. went holy spec and spent about 15 minutes healing dummies, players and myself. managed to get a SINGLE proc. for a whopping 190 heal.
Im not sure what yall did with the latest hotfix to this embellished. but please re examine it.
Update 2. Was able to get a proc in tank spec, which did 35k overhealing. which at rank 3 is twice the tooltip value. assuming it scales with some stat or another, that still seems either too high, or based on the previous observations, like the scaling is off, either with proc chance, targeting or some component of the system and how it interacts.

Its very inconsistent and always has been. Honestly you can just ignore it and be ok with it.

I used this on my rogue thinking it would proc off crimson vial and help with healing. Hopefully they fix this bug and make the embellishment useful for dps looking for extra survivability.

As a final follow up. After much much more extensive testing on the prot pally. And healing in holy. It’s not broken. But it may as well be. The proc rate is so low as to be non existent. And be cause it works in closest target and can be LoSed. It’s a dead embellishment. If you have it and you’re reading this, I encourage you to literally use anything else. Fun idea in theory. But either nerfed to hell, or needs an overhaul.
