I’m working on unlocking the Mag’har Orcs. The “Ready for War” quest is ready to turn in (in Draenor) but it shows that the quest turn in guy with the yellow question mark is one floor above me & I can’t see how to go upstairs. (I can’t fly up to that floor.) What am I missing?

Known bug. I had to relog or completely restart, I don’t remember.
But I had this exact same problem, did the quest earlier this year (March or April).
