Hey guys. So i jumped on my main today to start working on what felt right. For the most part i can get along with the changes to enhance. But i was the new quests near the time cavern and i cant decide if the game was just lagging today or if maelstrom stacks arent building correctly.
I took the new talent that gives charges of storm strike but sometimes i feel like im not getting any maelstrom stacks at all. My latency is green but im aslo feeling like there were some server side issues as well. Anyone else feeling the same about the maelstrom stacks?
