Madskillzzhc

Maddkillzzhc just announced he will no longer be killing bots or encouraging others to kill bots due to death threats from botters. He has a large following and started a sub culture in wow dedicated to killing bots. Blizzard will do nothing to support this man and they will do nothing to stop botters. I will continue to play classic wow, but I will never purchase another blizzard title. Blizzard is a dead company and they do not deserve our support.

Completely unacceptable to have anyone threaten a player. This needs a higher set of visibility. If you not seen the channel, its https://www.youtube.com/@Madskillzzhc/videos and he plans on deleting the videos. He learned so much about the bot patterns and have help sur on a movement to help kill the Bots. Folks we really need to come together as a community and get this once again on the radar of the Blizzard Team.

Its sad to see someone enjoyment of the game be tarnished by bad actors, and given the scale of Classic and Hardcore servers, the ask is NOT TO difficult to monitor…

Sad fate.

Caved in under threats to him and his family.
Also YouTube is partly to blame, as you can easily extract IRL details from their platform with malicious intent.

It is sad. I don’t want to come off hostile towards blizzard but it just upsets me that one of my favorite creators has to quit because he is receiving death threats for doing blizzards job. I could go off on blizz but in reality I know it’s not mid level management who are responsible and I would rather it be a productive conversation.

It amazes me how confidently wrong some people are

He aint wrong at all, quarterly earnings is all that Blizz cares about.

If this was true they would never ban bots ever. Y’all can not be seriously this dumb

They dont. I use to put bots on my friends list they are online for months without issues. Majority of playerbase buys gold weekly without any bans or penalties there is nothing being done towards reduction of bots if you believe any of that you are delusional and naive. They profit from this whole deal a lot more then having a game with integrity.

The conspiracy theory that blizzard doesn’t take action against bots is a fantasy land you should get out of immediately

Why would I trust something you say when I have seen the same bots online for months you gonna tell me my own eyes are in on the conspiracy?! Blizz is not worth whiteknighting for.

Soda buys 50k gold spends it, blizzard - dont ban him.

Not white-knighting for Blizzard. As I’ve said before, this is an issue industry-wide not just a world of warcraft problem.

The world isn’t a fair place.

The world isn’t, but letting people rmt in a video game would be very easy to solve if the hands werent tied by greed.

Sure, but if they perma-banned soda the entire onyfangs event wouldn’t be happening and they’d have lost an insurmountable amount of revenue.

It would be the dumbest decision ever.

Nobody cares about only fans guild. None of then can play the game. They should treat the game like riot - you cheat = you out.

Remember you said this when the riot mmo launches and their bot problem is just as bad.

Private servers with 0.000000000001% of blizzards capital were able to effectively fight bots on a platform that had free to play.

All this is just excuses for blizz being incompetent and greedy. They just dont give a duck about integrity they havent for a veeeeeery long time.
