It’s not finally. Had you been reading what blizzard was saying from the start, you’d know they all ready mentioned about making making resources more common in the world for SOM. It’s only logical with a shortened time frame to play the game.

Without WB they needed to make flasks more affordable.
They did, now that lotus can proc off of any high level node it will drop the price
