The buff from the cooldown now disappears when logging out and when you click the item to get the buff it goes on one hour cooldown without giving the buff.
I’m having the same problem. Specifically with Assa spec. It works fine for Sub. I have tried to use the item 4 different times with Assa spec… each time it wastes the cd and does not apply any buff. Note that this happens if you do not have a soulbind selected… but I’ve had Nadjia the Mistblade selected each of the 4 times.
PLEASE FIX THIS and REMOVE the unnecessary 1 hour cooldown.
Not to mention the intended loss of the buff when changing soulbinds as well as it creating a useless soulbind if you decide to go back to theotar
