Anybody have some macros for pres evoker? Or recommended mouse over macros/ addons for healing? I’m new to this so I appreciate any help. 
/cast [@mouseover, help, exists] reversion; [harm] disintegration; reversion
This macro will cast reversion on mouse over target if it’s an ally, it will cast disintegration if the mouse over target is an enemy and if the mouse has no target it will cast reversion on your selected target, or yourself if you have auto self cast and no target.
With that macro you can do 90% of what you need. Empowered spells are a bit funky on macros though.
Another macro I like as prevoker
/Castsequence reset=100 dream flight, deep breath
This one will cast dream flight, then change the button to deep breath. If you use dream flight but not deep breath, it will reset back to dream flight after 100 seconds.

I know this is old, but these two helped me a lot. However, I am trying to set up a few alt mouse over macros and can’t get them working say like echo and say time dilation. echo works but when I add an alt modifier for time dilation it doesn’t work. Any exp. with this?
Alt modifier might not be set up properly. Take out echo and see if you can get it to change from a question mark to time dilation.
If it is set up right and you have
/Cast [@mouseover] echo; echo
You need to move your time dilation cast to the first line
The most common issue with ALT binds not working is the that the the key combo is already bound by default in game to some unused extra actionbar or pet bar command ie if your bind is “1”, “ALT-1” should by default bound to something, You will need to unbound “ALT-1” in the keybindings menu before your macro will work.
alt + f4 and play a fun class.
