Every time I get disconnected the UI resets and my macros are gone. Is there something I need to do for them to stop resetting?
Make your changes, macros, etc and log out. Then it gets saved.
Edit: for clarity not quit game. Just go to the inn and log out to character screen then log back in.

Settings dont get saved if you get forcibly disconnected or alt f4. They will save as soon as you log out to the character screen though.
Set them up and log out properly.
