Macro/Addon for switching action bars in default UI

I am currently playing Disc in PvE, and want to play it in PvP. I use many different hotkeys and macros in PvP, and it’s a pain to constantly switch all my bars and hotkeys every time between the two. Plus, I forget certain buttons sometimes which ends up in a loss. I would like to either run a script to swap my hotkeys, or an addon to change my action bar profile from PVP to PVE.

I know this can be done in other UI’s like ElvUI, but I prefer to use default.

Dominos lets you swap using macros like /swapactionbar 2 3. You have to set it up in options though its not a super quick thing.

Bartender4. You can create multiple profiles.

Bartender 4 profiles are layout profiles, not action button profiles.

OP wants his main action bar to have one set of 12 buttons in PvE, and a different set of 12 buttons in PvP.
