Macro to announce druid form changes

I’m trying to make a macro that, the first time I press it, will activate bear form, and then /s “bear!”. And then, when I press it the second time, will end bear form and /s “cow!”. Is such a thing, with conditional chat messages, possible?

It’s not possible with the base game, however you could pretty easily manage the same thing with a WeakAura and the WeakAura addon
