I’m trying to declutter my Elemental Shaman button bar. Specifically, I’m looking for a way to macro Stormkeeper and Lightning Bolt to one button (e.g., if Stormkeeper is off cd, cast Stormkeeper; otherwise cast Lightning Bolt). Is something like this possible?
No. Macros cannot detect cool downs as a condition.
Best you can do is time reset condition and guess how long of time you need for the cast sequence to reset.

What you can do are modifiers.
#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift] Stormkeeper; Lightning Bolt
Then you can press “111111 shift+1 111111111” to keep casting lightning bolt until your stormkeeper is up and then back to lightning bolts. You can add a ctrl modifier as well.
