Macro problems, none working

So I’m trying to set up some various macros, but none of them are doing anything. So far I’ve tried these and they don’t do anything when I press they key they are assigned to:

#showtooltip Hammer of Justice
/cast [@mouseover, harm, nodead] Hammer of Justice

#showtooltip Hammer of Justice
/cast [target=arena1] Hammer of Justice

#showtooltip Hammer of Justice
/cast [@mouseover] Hammer of Justice

#showtooltip Hammer of Justice
/cast [] Hammer of Justice

Essentially if I had any time of conditional the macro does nothing.

I can’t see any difference in what I’m putting in my macro compared to where I’m getting the macros from. For example, this is the one I tried from icy veins:

#showtooltip Hammer of Justice
/cast [target=arena1] Hammer of Justice

Can anyone help me with what I’m doing wrong or leaving out?

Are you trying these with an enemy as your mouseover? Or while in arena? If not, the first 3 won’t work. The 4th one should work as that is just an empty conditional.

This is easier to understand if you just use #showtooltip, rather than hardcoding the spell. It will show the spell icon of whatever it is going to use, or a ? if none of the conditions are valid.

Further, this can be condensed to a single line to be much more useful across the board:

#showtooltip
/use [@mouseover,harm,nodead][@arena1,harm][]Hammer of Justice

So the 1st, 3rd and 4th I was using on a practice dummy. The 2nd I tried in a couple of arena matches and nothing happened.

What key were you testing it on?
