Hello, recently I’ve doing older raid/dungeon content for the achievements, reputation, and transmog gear. After getting through the content my mail box is flooded with tons of loot I didn’t pick up. I really like this function as it basically allocates potential gold gain straight to my mailbox. The annoying part of this is having my mailbox flooded with mail and having to slowly vendor every item one by one. I know there is an add-on to vendor away “trash” items but I was wondering if there is one for selling everything including gear. I prefer to play the game without add-ons so I am looking for a macro, however I will use an add-on for the convenience. Thank you.
THere probably already is a separate add on for doing greys . I know you can if you have the elvui addon .
Addibags is what I use as a bag add-on. You can right click the junk section and it will auto vendor it all
You can customize the categories there to do the same but for gear the others may be better.
Scrap
Sells all your greys and anything you set as junk.
Then if you do things like run old dungeons or whatever, you can keybind a button ( like say delete key) then all you do is hover over the item and click delete and it will set that item as junk from now on and auto sell them for you. (also you don’t have to keybind you can drag and drop the items as well to set them as junk or to remove an item already set as junk)
ALSO if you set things like a pattern or something you cant sell to the vendor, it will delete them from your bag for you. Its very simple set it once and from now on it will always be set as junk until you remove it from your junk list,
Wow wont let me put a link in here for it but go there curseforge addons scrap
Also if you would like to see the add on in action here is a tutorial of what it does on youtube. just search for this on youtube → My Favorite WOW Addon, and why YOU Should get it
Leatrix Plus does a really good job of vendoring trash.
Thank you everyone. I wanted to take some time to try out each of your recommendations. I’ve elected to go with Averis recommendation for the “Scrap” add-on as it’s more exact to what I was looking for.
