Macro Icons Missing In Action Bar After Login

My druid has nearly all spells on the action bar as macros containing #showtooltip as the first line of the macro so that the correct spell icon is visible in the action bar.

However, when I first login, all such macros in the action bar are displayed with the red ? Icon. To get the macros to show the correct icon, I have to type /reload

Wait until they glitch out in combat, go to a ? then come back again 2s later.

Especially when you need to press that button and it isn’t there.
