I need a macro button i can spam that does this
Fires cone of cold
fires cold snap
fires cone of cold
fires blastwave
Most of it is easy i just need to fire the cold snap after the first cone of cold and I dont know how to write that. thanks

Is the bare minimum. Generally not advised to try to use a castsequence macro, but that would work.
