Why when I create the macro
/cast attack
/cast throw
I get some dudes face as the default macro img?

idk but why that got a laugh out of me.
I think that’s one of the Vanilla Devs OP. I can’t really remember the story behind that happening but it’s something along the lines of the pic is a filler icon.
I found it. Not a Dev but Art Director.
Samwise’s face is seen in an icon for spells and abilities that do not have an image associated with them (see [#Gallery](https ://wow .gamepedia. com/Samwise_Didier#Gallery)). For instance, several unseen spells cast by quest givers use this icon. They can be visible if you turn on “Show Enemy Spellcast Bar” and target the NPC during casting. Various GM exclusive spells also share this icon.
It was great at the launch of AV when there wasn’t a filler for the Recall cast of the AV trinket.
I loved seeing pallies bubble+recall and have that face pop up, it seems oddly fitting for the scenario.
