Looking for the following macro:
/tar Incorproeal
/cast Turn Evil
/lastattacktarget
obviously this isn’t working, looking for help on it.

They can’t be targeted using macros.
Use a mouseover macro or click casting.
You may want to add “Incorporeal Being” to the /target line. I guess after some research that what the conclusions come to. I haven’t tried to make a macro to solely target and CC them, so I won’t know if it will work or not.
They can be targeted using macros. You are thinking of explosives which you couldn’t target. This is different.
They cannot, did you actually try?

I don’t know whether these targets with their actual name are targetable, but I’m pretty sure that’s a typo in OP’s macro (if it’s a copy/paste) so it’s not going to work regardless.
They can’t be targeted via /tar or similar commands, I did test it.
