I’m just wondering if there is a macro or addon or something that will make me drink mage water if I have it in my bag and if not I’ll drink the buyable water in my bags, from one keybind?

It’ll probably be a mess like…
/use “Mage food/drink item”
/use “Your personal drink item”
I’d ask the UI and Macro part of the forums, they’d certainly nail it down exactly you want if there’s something VERY specific. Not much you can do to avoid macros to “Detect” what you have available as far as items goes though. At least to my knowledge.

There’s actually an adoon that might just do that, but it’s saying that the macro for it is super easy.
Like:
#showtooltip
/use drink
idk, Imma test it out real quick on one of my mages and see what it does.
Maybe something like
/use [exists] Mage Water; Normal Water

Use DrinkBot, get it from Curseforge, will do exactly what you want.

There’s an addon/macro for everything these days lol
Yea, there’s a similar one for health pots and healthstones. I forget the name, but I was using it in SL because of the free pots from the Kyrian faction.
