With the Prepatch, casting via keybind on any macro with a /click command in it only seems to work with “Cast action keybinds on key down” unchecked.
Any macro with a /click command still fires, but the /click commands are being silently ignored.
If I check “Cast action keybinds on key down” then it works again, but that feels . . . off . . . when I play.
Before I relearn how to do this on releasing the key, I want to find out if there’s something I overlooked on making keybinds work on /click command macros on pressing the key.
Edited to add: That checkbox under “combat” in AIO corresponds to the CVar ActionButtonUseKeyDown in the CVar browser - by direct observation and expermentation.
Blizzard is having…issues…with /click and ActionButtonUseKeyDown.
Every build it’s broken in a different way. If you can get it to work with ActionButtonUseKeyDown I recommend sticking with that until the next build/patch when the behavior will likely change again.
That said, if you add a LeftButton to the /click ButtonName LeftButton, but realize that may not work next build.
Stuff is very broken.

Thanks, Gello. I’ll give that a shot and keep an eye on it. I’d rather not learn a new set of muscle memory stuff and then have to change it again.
Added: That definitely fixed the problem . . . for now. As I said, I’ll keep an eye on things going forward to see if these start misbehaving again.
