Anyone using one of the new MacBook Pros with the M1 to even M4 Max chips I highly recommend the fan control app TG Pro. I was having issues with frame drop and system delay during high dungeon activity and raids. It was really messing with my rotation. My M2 Max MacBook Pro chip was setting at 108C and the fans just started to spin up.
In TG Pro Settings under Fan>Power Adapter>(Set “All Fans” to 100% when “Average CPU” is above 70C). This will keep the system cool but louder.
This fixed my MacOS frame drop issue with the TWW 11.0.7 and 11.1.
