I abandoned Machines of War because the Chief Engineer who failed inspection rephased and both sets of machines were perfect – the failed machine phased out and I couldn’t discipline to finish the second half of the quest. Now, I’m stuck with no way to continue to Twilight Highlands. Relogging, reloading, and reinstancing/relayering did nothing. Help
