Hi does anyone know if the quest Machine Without Cogs Quest is possible to complete if you main a caster. This quest item; overclocked gear a-rang launcher doesn’t appear to be on my loot table. Is the only option to farm this with other people and have them trade it to you? Or get lucky with a Warbound version? Thanks all.

It does look like you will need to utilize other classes in order to get the trinket to drop.
Luckily, the quest is warband-wide, so once another character gets the drop, they can then turn in the quest.

So I need to keep doing this dungeon until I get the Warbound trinket drop? Or someone needs to trade it to me as I don’t have any other characters.
Running with other players who are on eligible classes (so that they can trade) would be the way to do it since you do not have other characters. You can run it as a follower dungeon as well as its other difficulties.

it kinda feels bad though I was excited I got the mount quest from the dungeon but, after finding out I will need to grind stone vault follower dungeons for it or get someone to trade me makes me loose hope… I hope blizzard changes it so it’s quest item drop for all classes.

I’ve tried running this dungeon in normal groups but no luck on drop. This is really frustrating I may as well level a new character with this loot table as the probability i get this item is so low. Needing other players to get it and then trade it to you is awful game design…
As a Warband quest, I think the intended mechanism is to run the different dungeons with alts with appropriate loot specs to pick up each item in turn.
But that’s obviously challenging if you don’t have active alts to cover all the drops.

Can i get some help? I have the item on my pally but the quest in on my DH. I go on my DH and it says it is ready to turn in but the complete quest button is greyed out.
What can i do to fix?
