I remember this term from yesteryear. Was it a talent that made our imps shoot faster? It’s been a very long time.
Demonology had the 3 stage talent Improved Imp (and each pet had an improved model) It’s found in classic. The Imp also gave a group /raid Buff normally.
The Imp never had varying models in Classic, and it wasn’t so much the Demo talent (though that increased the damage by 10% per rank) but the Destro talent that took 1 second off the cast time (for 2 talents), leaving it with a 1s cast.
EDIT: This fast cast time would drain it’s mana pretty fast, but it was hilarious.
Do a search on “Improved Imp.”
Log into Classic. The Imp doesn’t change models if you take a talent in Vanilla/Classic.
And “Classic” isn’t always classic.

I played a warlock in Vanilla, the model never changed. Do a search.

I humored you and there is literally nothing about a model change. Why not actually support your claims and show where in Vanilla/Classic your imp model changed?

The talent tree had improved imp, 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3
i dont recall any different models in vanilla. certainly not in classic. imp was imp. visually anyway.

This is what he was refering to I think. Probably misread it as each point in the talent had a different imp model
No he was referencing “Machine Gun Imp”. that was what people called it.

in that case wtf is an approved model? i mean i suppose technically all demons have an approved model since … they are in the game now.

I read it more like each pet had their own version of that talent.
It was a talent to add points into. That’s all.
