The only complaint I have now days about Apple is the utter lack of quality in terms of the hardware VS the insane cost.
In days of old like 15+years ago Apple have you near flawless software and hardware that was absolutely worth what you paid and they have you bar none the best support.
Now things are different, Steve is dead, the quality sucks, the support is a lie and PC’s that are less expensive do more for less than half.

idk, I mean, for me personally at least, I find them to be the best quality for the cost. But, then I tend to buy lower end specs, for example the MBP 13", where a comparably priced non Apple laptop seemed to offer similar processor (when I bought my last laptop, now Apple has considerably better processors), storage, memory, and screen resolution. I’ve typically been quite impressed with the sound quality on Macbooks, moreso than on non-Apple products I’ve used.
I actually just bought a new iPhone, after having used Android for the past 8 years.
Regarding iPhone to Android, the iOS is just so much better, and so much more stable.
The problem I have had with Apple computers has been hardware issues on their higher end equipment and several years ago found it less expensive and more effective to build a PC based machine running the Mac OS. It’s faster in some tasks, slower in others, but the hardware being repairable and not getting some BS from Apple saying you need a new machine and your data is gone is no longer a problem. The apple company has this sick desire to lie just to sell you another box. I really hate that, and it’s been something they have been doo g is for about 5 -6 years.
Flame this guy all you want, he’s right. This chip is a game changer. It runs Intel code faster than Intel chips. Unreal.
Thank you for sharing. I do not plan to get an M1 until the iMac gets it. Sadly, another game I play does not have compatibility with Apple Silicon yet.

Uhhhh, the Macbook Air 2020 M1 is cheaper than most 13" Intel ultrabooks in it’s class and is way faster. Spec out a Dell XPS 13 and you’ll see.
It’s well within the price point of similar 13" laptops.
