Might be related - but my Mac ctrl key has stopped working since 11.0. Using a corsair 12 button mouse. M1 MacBook Pro. My partners M2 Mac mini with a normal mouse is fine.
I am both a Windows and MacOS user, so I wonder if some people having the problem, and others not, may be related to dual platforms?
The keybinds and everything work fine on my Windows PC. However, on MacOS any modifier is not recognized.
M1 Macbook Air from 2020. Latest version of WoW. MacOS Sonoma VER 14.5 beta. Razer Naga Pro MMO wireless mouse.
On a related, but probably not WoW specific note, using the Razer Naga Pro with SteerMouse, I can’t seem to combine multiple modifiers. I have my side buttons bound to Option + Number for WoW, and then I have macros in those bar positions which have Shift modifier handling. However, it often doesn’t see my Shift modifier unless I’m moving the mouse, in which case it’s always reliable. The SteerMouse devs have said it’s OS issue due to some issue in the mouse drivers and how the Naga mice use synthesized keystrokes rather than mouse inputs. Anyone have any suggest fixes?
So happy seeing a dev be proactive in addressing and resolving an issue. You rock man!
Is the fix update live for the naga mouse or still on the horizon?
That third party solution works better than I was expecting, but it still makes me uncomfortable using it

cause was found, razor does some stupid things with way it’s coded.
the workaround for way razor does it wasn’t working.
work around was fixed
you STILL need to apply workaround cvar though.
Mac Terminal : 1. defaults write com.blizzard.worldofwarcraft disable-expose-fix -bool YES

Still and issue for me, have run terminal command as well:
- Computer: Macbook Pro M3 Pro/Sequoia 15.0.1
- Mouse: Redragon m913
- Keyboard > Input Source: U.S.

Also, this is not MAC specific. I have friends that have the same problem on Windows as well.
Wonder if Rommax still works at Blizz or if they got laid off.
They were working on the parts that still didn’t work.
