Notice, avoiding some issues, I am not using the same character which I done my M+2 in this thread
I and my wife completing these 2 dungeon ourselves, but did not receive even 1 loot of gear. It supposed to be dropping 2 at the end of dungeon, and 4 in total for 2 dungeons. You guys can look back-stage log, there is a proof we completed and no loot only 52 gold. Again, we completed the 2 dungeon with only 2 of us.
Also, not only gold but also 5 of whelping shards each dungeon. but not even 1 gear
Additionally, lets see how you guys treat these differently, I already opened a ticket there but you officials have been there doing redundant, verbose and evasive official talks not solving the problem there and require me to report a bug here, I guess this is not going to be solved or even just answered why.
Lastly, let me tell you guys a another bug here, to see if you are going to fix this for me. Arcane mage can solo mythic Battle for Azeroth raids, with Touch of Magi, which is excluded from the list and does legacy damage to mops. Not like other skills which only do normal damage, Touch of Magi can one shot 6M to boss. Thus, Arcane mage is able to one shot 99% of BfA Mythic Raid BOSSES!! This is also unfair to all other classes, and I am sure this is not intended.
By the way, let me share what GM replied and its 90% nonsense, not answering my question at all. I already know its random drops, but M+ is intended to give 2 piece at end. I looted it more than 500 times. even just with 2 of us, me and my wife, we looted 2 pieces before.

Most item drop rates, types, and qualities are completely random. Game Masters are unable to alter item drops or provide compensation.
With that said, this does sound odd, therefore I strongly encourage you to report a bug, so our development team can see it and learn more about this issue. You can do this two ways, in-game through the Support menu with the “Bug Report” option, or you can do it on our Bug Report Forum, that you can find here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/000015043
