I think this should be changed to +5 since the M+ got squished down by 10 levels.
This is far more difficult than was originally intended.

They probably have forgotten to change it. But we have to insist. File a suggestion in the suggestions / bug report tab. Probably if ppl do it enough it goes up in their priority list
