If they do or don’t, it doesn’t matter. People want to play the game, not being held back because of casuals or boomers or kids that are back to school / college. This game 22 years old, its normal life event happens, don’t privatizes players who can to play to play.
Honestly considering what a joke Heroic dungeons are, M0’s are gonna be a rude awakening for many. I am not ready for the posts complaining about how they’re too hard, or how nobody will invite them to a group etc

There was a time that the progress slowed to a stop. That was when alts cane out. I’m grateful to see us getting back to that.
I don’t really think so. We’re deep into the i580s. We’re pulling literally millions in AoE and we’re all hitting about 1mil single target. I don’t expect M0s to be difficult for us at all.
Slightly smaller pulls, maybe.
There’s always people complaining no matter what people / blizzard do in this game. People said the same because every expensions there’s always tourist coming back at the end of the expension. S4 made them harder, didn’t stopped me from getting KSM. It was done pretty quick actually.
I am playing plenty. However I love that I can level alts and such and not feel guilty for not grinding/spamming M0’s to gear my raiding toon. It feels like so much freedom. Only 1 character players are bored. Alt lovers are having fun.

I have an i584 priest and an i580 elemental shaman, and I’ve barely played last week due to a 7-day work schedule. Even the people with 2, or even 3 characters should currently be a progression wall if they’ve been playing with any sense of purpose at all.
Okay, good for you. Not everyone should be held back because you can’t be sated enough with a couple characters. It’s insanity to play more than 2 to me. There’s other stuff, constantly repeating the same process of starting over isn’t a good feeling to many gamers.

lmao, or maybe they’ve been leveling professions or questing or gathering or dont consider spamming heroics the only way to play the game “with any sense of purpose at all”

Yeah don’t feel bad for that, altholics are weird. And probably don’t work from what I read here on these forums, often.
So you understand some people have to work and can’t play much, right? I had a friend only get to 80 tonight on his FIRST character. He said it was nice he didn’t feel left behind due to busy week with work and such.
I am okay with taking longer to open so others have time to be on par when season 1 begins.
If you’ve done everything, you can always go take a break and do something else for a while until season 1 begins.
M0 with heroic raid, mplus with mythic raid. It’s always been this way. Mplus would be capped at like a +6 or something during heroic raid week before mythic release. But after the plus level squish it makes more sense just to have it be M0
