I haven’t played much awhile. I manage to get my gear to around 481 on my enhance shaman which I’m maining right now. It was actually very easy and only took 3 weeks to get to 481. Alright cool. I think I’m ready to try M0 start doing keys.

blizzard made m0’s the equivalent of m10’s. just without the timer. and kept the weekly lockout for loot. your basically starting mythics this season at m10.

let’s just say i have my suspicions about which dev was behind this.
You’re behind the curve and pugs usually expect overqualified folks regardless. I’d start your own group and let people carry you to victory instead. Gearing is pretty damn fast in s4 as you can already have: two best in slot pieces courtesy of bullions this will be three next week, two bis crafted embellishment pieces.

Pugging will always be bad and make you unhappy, just never do it, your sanity is not worth it
I don’t really have a choice. Work third shift weird schedule I can’t even keep up with.
And Thrall is kind of quite right now which is really scaring me. I did have 2 friends move to A52 with no explanation either.
This return doesn’t give me the warm fuzzy feels like im used to.
The game ends at heroics. Mythics are a myth, they aren’t real, just treat them like they don’t exist.
Make your own group.
If my 472 ilvl shadow priest alt was able to run and carry M0 groups, there’s no excuse that you can’t do it at 481 on your main.
Things you are missing for a chance at an invite to a m0 in the eyes of the average group leader: You have no 528 ilevel, you have no .1% mythic+ title, you don’t have at least 5 cutting edge kills, you haven’t reached 3k io in season 4 yet.
That is to say, pugs demand unreasonable expectations. Run your own group!

I’m not the main character in anyones story. Not even my own. I would never make my own group and lead anything.
People are just being extremely dumb about keys because they can’t just stand on fire and clear a 0.
0s have been scaled to be on par with a +10 season 3 key.
That said 480-486 gear was more than enough for my friends to cleave through +8 week one which is now the equivalent of around a +18 last season. Anyone with proper rotations and that knows to move out of bad should have no problem running 0s and beyond. But because the amount of people that are currently throwing themselves to the 0 wall is massive and the amount failing is quite big. People have opted to double triple quadruple down on requirements and have reached ridiculous scores like 1500 for a +2 ( or have a 3k season 3 score at min.
My suggestion to you is.
Join a guild that runs stuff casually and dip your feet in slowly.
Run your own groups
That’s about it really
You can definitely do m0 at 480. No idea what the people who are sending you messages about it are on about. You can do them at 470 even.
Mostly you’ll be denied because DPS have a harder time getting groups generally.
