M+ Weekly Cache Requirements

Hey guys,

I’ve been looking around trying to find information on what level of keystone you need to complete this week to receive max rewards next week in your cache.

Since a +7 gives you 445 gear is that all you require or is it 10 or higher like S3 was.

Does anyone know?

Thanks!

Its looks like a +10 will net you the highest ilvl in your chest next week. The highest ive cleared is a 10 and It doesnt say “complete X key to recieve a higher ilvl item”

M+ works slightly different for the first few weeks of a patch.

Week 1: Still season 3 rules. Cap is 430 from the dungeon, and 440 form the cache at 10 or higher. Titanforge exists. Corrupted does not.

Week 2: Season 4 starts. For the first week, the gear cap from dungeons is 445 from a 6 or higher, however in the end of the week cache is capped at 475 from completing a 15 or higher. You can no longer Titanforge gear, but you can Corrupt it now.

Week 3. Mythic Raid is released and gear from M+ is now capped at 465 for completing a 15 or higher.

TLDR: Week 1, do a 19 so you get a 15 key in your cache. Week 2, do your singular +15 for the cache (or a +16 if you dont wanna upgrade to a 15 next week), and then spam 6’s to easily catch up on gearing up alts. Week 3, business as usual. Only difference is gear is capped at 15’s instead of 10’s.

Sounds about right.

I think it caps out at 465 because people were whining that M+ gives better gear than heroic gear because that violated some arbitrary gear standard they created in their heads.

Yeah, I double checked it and the gear from a dungeon caps out at 465 from a 15.

The gear caps out at 465 from a TEN not a 15 in the cache. Im looking at my mythic + panel right now

+15 will give 475
+12 will give 470
+10 will give 465

It caps at 15.

You need to do a +15 for 475 gear

Yes, but the cache caps at 465 which is what the OP was asking about. At least thats the case for this week. Going higher than a +10 will only give me more AP in my cache this tuesday.

Where did you find the information stating your ilvl numbers and dungeon requirements?

Is it posted somewhere I’ve yet to look or did you do something in game to determine those numbers.

Wowhead im pretty sure.

If you want equal gear to heroic raid in your END of dungeon chest you now need to run a +12 (up from a +10)
