M+ Score - How can I calculate this on my own? Any help appreciated

Hey All,

Last expansion, I was able to use a calculator that someone in the community created. You are probably familiar with what-key-should-i-run. I tried to use that for Season 1 in Dragonflight to see what keys would be best for my score, but it doesn’t load and I believe it probably has not been updated for Dragonflight.

Does anyone have an alternative? If not, can anyone help me by providing the criteria on how score is calculated so that I may use that to calculate my own score?

Thanks guys.

Unrelated P.S. - Ele shaman’s are goated and deserve more love.

It’s like 312ish points per dungeon for 2500

A +15 timed gives around 136 points on one side

+15 on both sides gives around 272 points

it’s hard to calculate but you get anywhere from 5-10 points from +1 keylevel higher assuming the other side is the same as your previously highest timed key

So essentially Keystone Hero is around all timed 18s in every slot, or some 17s and some 19s.

Any key you do (in time ofc) that’s higher than your current timed key will give you score, but it’s depending on what you have on the otherside as well for fortified.

Appreciate your response.

Yeah I’ve found a lot of flat data of. A 15 gives this many. But I guess what I’m trying to figure out, is if I already timed say a 14 AA on Tyranical, how much will I get for timing +1 on a 15 AA on Tyranical. It’s definitely not been as easy to figure out.

Well it depends what you have on the otherside as well, but it’ll be anywhere from 7-11 points

For you to go from where you are right now → KSM you’d need around 5-6 different keys timed at +1 key level higher

You know… I should have tried it again this week. But apparently the What-Key-Should-Run site is now operational…

Embarrassed that I didn’t try it this morning before posting, but oh well. Thank you

yea it’s pretty hard to explain but GL! if ur going for KSM just worry about getting your lower keys closer to your higher keys.

Your “best score” has more weight than your “alternate score”.

A single timed 15 is around 205 score. The alternate score is worth around 60-70. So while a single 15 on Fortified gives 200, you only have 270 for a 15 on both weeks.

It’s honestly very hard to calculate as we don’t actually have the calculations used.

Ah i see. i just figured it averaged out to about like 5-11ish points for +1 key level higher. at least that’s what i assumed but this still makes no sense to me so
