Mythic + scaling is beyond messed up once you get past the +10 range. For something that drops 610 gear…but easily melts people geared well beyond that…it’s ridiculous.

For reference: 639 geared with 23% vers…was getting melted in a +13

Unless you are intending for everyone to run pure tank groups, I would recommend working on the scaling.

But also I’m still locked out of getting my other two artifact weapons so I’m stuck as tank for now.

Timed a +30 Black Rook Hold, doable with tanks but aint no way dps and healers isnt going survive anything that is thrown at them.

Feel bad for those who dont have access to a tank spec and would have to spend time grinding infinite power to have a high enough versatility to survive anything.

Go farm quests. :grin:

I’m almost 690, and I saw two 720 with 10m infinite power today.

ok again, how…? that’s gotta be playing at perfect efficiency (not sure what that would even mean in remix) or just way more time into an event that isn’t even 5 days old

I didn’t know how they did that.
But for me, I clear all 6 raids(N+H+M) everyday and I’ve cleared like 90% of quests.
Don’t waste time on m+ and dungeons.

oh yeah that’s way too much for me lol, I just enjoy doing the loremaster stuff somewhat slowly I guess. why are you in such a hurry

I’m at 622, I think the trick is focusing hard on research assignments.

yeah that I can get down with. I’m honestly taking it easy and just doing loremaster since I didn’t actually play in legion. definitely going to make another character since the event lasts for 100 days. not sure what to pick next but probably something easier than rogue on heroic tier.

Research assignments for the big purple boxes and scrap all low level gear.

Once you hit 584 you are farming boxes for motes as they are the most reliable source of gear upgrades as the chance of getting a gear piece out a box that is an upgrade after that is rare.

Motes give upgrades based of gear level while most content and boxes have a static level

doing the raids today got me about 16 item levels.

There are a few tricks. (that I am aware of)

  1. Keep the highest ilvl you find for each slot either on you or in your bag. Rewards scale with overall ilvl.
  2. Do all of the zone quests you can. Quests give you a ridiculous amount of motes which are equally as good as the research assignment rewards.

But yes, keep your research assignments capped as well. Although, at this point, I only get 3 per day so I have to find other sources of gear now.
