M+ S1-S2 Side-by-Side

Scaling seems extremely soft. I posted the issue in bugs for the +12 because what’s listed is actually too high if they did the math right.

Wow, 2s for hero in vault.

:open_mouth:

Yeah it’s pretty massive going from 10% to 7%, but what they really need to fix is the +12 and up because they did the math wrong.

This was my initial thought. The whole season will be free to some degree. Might as well play whatever class you want then complain on the forums when your non-meta takes 30 minutes to find a group.

I don’t personally care that M+ is getting easier. More folks can play now, EZ mode or not. That means it’s easier to make non-elitist pals in there. Like 2% easier lol. Sweats will be sweats.

Big casual/carry win. RIP all the good players doing the carrying. Your services will be appreciated lol.

Sweet, getting gold from boosting 12s will be much easier now that one group member can be fully afk.

They changed the scaling for m0, so that 122% increase is on top of a base that was nearly doubled: m0 used to have mobs with 20m health, they now have 40m.

bro u have like 100 ilvls more since they did the scaling so whats the issue?

This happens every season because we are getting more ilvl.

These are great changes. Blizzard is listening to normal players that actually want to enjoy content.

They did say theyre upping the base of m0 to accommodate the 4 ilvl raise from 593.

But that scaling has to be miniscule

On top of the other changes of reducing the amount and frequency of ability/casts in each pack and increasing cast times of priority casts. People need to look at the whole picture and not hype fixate on one aspect.

After this season, we could use it :rofl:

Oh no i fully agree with you. But for the people panicking about the 122% being wrong, itll come out to be like 136% instead. Barely even noticeable at that level

I didnt mind this season in terms of its difficulty. I had more issues with the players being more lax this season than the aftual dungeon tuning

The 122% being wrong is the otherway around. The 122% is too high according to their stated tuning. +12 should be 102+(102x.12)= 114.24%.

They forgot about the Guile redesign to replace the base tuning with a 12% increase instead of S1’s Guile adding an additional layer of tuning.

Good quality changes here.

I hope those that wanted to restrict gear to higher difficulties aren’t too salty :upside_down_face:

Definitely. I ran an 11Ak last week that barely timed because the hunter in the group did less overall than the tank, who wasn’t a paladin.

My biggest issue is trying to get alt runs, cause the pool is so empty.

Right. But people freaking out over the m0 base increse not being calculated in are over reacting considerably, is all im trying to trying to get at

Take a peek at the blizzard announcement thread and see who has the most replies in the thread. Speaks for itself.

Also they increased the gilded cap from delves to 21 from 18. No official announcement yet as this is what you are can currently get from t11s on ptr.

Their math is right, yours is not accounting for baseline health and damage of 100%. I’ll make a more accurate table comparison in a few hours when I’m home from work

Only real beef I have with the system. I don’t know why all forms of end-game content aren’t infinitely farmable, at ratios that match M+. Let people do the content they want to do if all they’re doing it for is a grind.

I’ve farmed like 5-600 Gilded crests this season on this alt. That would take 29 weeks in Delves. Lol
