M+ key is for the same dungeon it dropped in, can't run it

I did a VOTW for a key, and the key I got was for VOTW. When I try to enter, I’m ported to the last boss, and resetting does nothing. What am I missing?

You can reset M0 dungeons from newer expansions. Right now your SoL until Blizzard fixes it.
